Our
History and Our Mission :

Chaplin Industrial Company Limited, founded
in Hong Kong in 1978 by C. L. Ku, manufactures
and exports a wide range of industrial safety products.
Motivated by the opening policy of the Mainland China, we set up our
plant, Chaplin Plastic
Manufactory, in 1988 at Bo An, Shenzhen, China.
To ensure the products comply with the international standards, we
have set up our own testing
facilities by importing a series of precise testing equipment from
the United States and Europe.
Rigorous testing is carried out in our in-house testing lab to ensure
the products meet with the
requirements.
In February 2001, Chaplin Plastic Manufactory received ISO 9002 Certification
for its quality
process systems.
With advanced machinery like fog-free, hard-coating, high vacuum deposition
machine, we can
offer you stylish spectacles with different lens colors and functions.
Backed by 300 well-trained workers at our factory in China, we commit
ourselves in providing
the best in quality, service and communications at all times, satisfying
customers' needs and
strive to exceed their expectation.

Quality control
|
Our QC Department is well-equipped
with testing apparatus for checking both the optical and mechanical
performance of the products in accordance with the international safety
standards. For every 500 products produced or assembled, a sample
is drawn for testing.

Research & Development |
Engineering Department works independently to provide new ideas and
inspiration on the product
design. The common types of designing software are Autocad, Mastercam
and Pro-E.
